At Es Zorro Art, we specialize in unique handmade products, including taxidermy items, soap bars, wellness items, candles, home decor, crystals, and clothing, with a focus on witchcraft. We provide standard shipping worldwide, with shipping costs calculated during checkout based on your location. We aim to process and ship your order within 2 to 7 business days. While we take great care to package fragile items such as taxidermy butterflies, if an item is damaged during transit, we offer two options: a full refund or a replacement item (not the exact same one for one-of-a-kind items like butterflies, but the same type for products like soap bars). Please note that we do not offer free shipping.

However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on wellness items, made-to-order items, or any used or worn products.
